However, a lack of green spaces and an evolving community of technology-obsessed people has resulted in a break from nature and the world around us. According to the most convincing proof, Nature will lower a person's stress rate, blood pressure, and minimize the likelihood of asthma, allergy, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, even while improving mental wellbeing and rising life expectancy. Doctors have now been recommending time in green spaces to their patients to improve their fitness

While spending quality time outdoors is difficult to come by, it is critical to incorporate nature into one's everyday routine. Lawns give us access to open spaces that are necessary for the health and mental well-being of any citizen, which holds especially during times of a health crisis when there is anxiety and stress. What we have witnessed in the past few years is the growth of wellness gardens and lawns. The whole purpose of a wellness garden is to distract you from all the negativity that has been revolving in your mind and help you calm down and relieve you of all the unnecessary stress and tension.
